I have been looking for popsicle molds every time I go to the grocery store and I finally found them! Which meant of course that I had to make up a recipe as soon as I had them home and washed!

Here is the recipe that can easily be subbed out with whatever fruit you have on hand!

  • One bag frozen strawberries from Sam’s Club
  • Vanilla Oikos Greek Yogurt

In a blender or food processor blend the strawberries until they are puréed.

Pour the strawberries into the popsicle mold until they are 1/3 filled.

Scoop three spoonfuls of yogurt into the molds then continue filling with the strawberries the rest of the way.

Freeze overnight and ENJOY!
