For so long I have been wanting to start creating and posting more of my own recipes on here and today is the day! I made these muffins from scratch, making up the recipe as I went; writing ingredients down on a paper towel.

This recipe takes so little time and not a lot of ingredients so go ahead and make them! If you like your muffins a little more moist, I would suggest adding more agave syrup or a little more peanut butter. These muffins are both toddler and hubby approved!

All you need to do is mix all ingredients, spoon into cupcake tin filling to the top of each cup.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Take out and place on cooling rack, dive in and enjoy!
